Team Building

Grocery Rescue Ride Along

Our shelves, refrigerators and freezers are stocked by generous donations from our grocery partners, community members and individual donors. Our grocery partner van pickups alone require more than 18 stops per week, all thanks to the tireless work of our Transportation and Ops Manager steve. ride along to help collect our food and supplies.

Available Shifts:

Monday: 7am-3pm
Tuesday: 7am-11am
Wednesday: 7am-11am

Host a Food Drive

Organizing a food drive is a wonderful opportunity to bring people together to support Renewal Food Bank. Mobilize your workplace, school, church, family or other network to host a food drive and inspire your friends and neighbors to participate!

Share our wishlist via emails, posting the link on forums, or mentioning the link in newsletters. The list includes items that are currently needed by our food bank.

Donation Drop Off Times:

Mondays 9am-3pm
Tuesdays 9am-6pm
Wednesdays 9am-1pm

Shop the Dock Food Pickup

Volunteer Responsibilities:

Communicate with Renewal Food Bank staff regarding the items to shop for
Drive your own vehicle to the pickup location for transporting the rescued food
Transport the food directly back to the food bank
