Phillip Peters is a passionate nonprofit executive based in Ballard, Seattle, Washington. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Renewal Food Bank in Bellevue, Washington, Phillip has dedicated 14 years to nonprofit
leadership. His previous leadership roles included an affordable housing nonprofit in Washington, DC, and a food justice threshold nonprofit in Seattle. He has proudly served on the board of Babies of Homelessness since 2022. In his down time, he enjoys volunteering with political & animal rights organizations, hosting dinner parties, going on ski trips and avidly reading history and the news.

Jennifer Martin is the operations manager at Renewal Food Bank. She volunteered at other food banks before she started volunteering at Renewal in December of 2023. Born and raised in Hawaii, she and her family moved to Washington in 2012. She was a licensed cosmetologist for 13 years before she decided to stay home to raise her three boys

Born and raised in Hawaii, she and her family moved to Washington in 2012. She was a licensed cosmetologist for 13 years before she decided to stay home to raise her three boys. On her spare time she enjoys cooking for her family and friends, reading, traveling and gardening.

With a passion for connecting people and resources, Ragini works to enhance awareness of the organization’s mission and develop partnerships

Stan Prince is a native of Washington state, growing up in Tacoma, graduating from the University of Washington, and now living in Woodinville with his wife of 36 years. Stan has two grown children, both living in Seattle. Professionally, his background is in finance, strategic planning, and supply chain in the technology industry since the 1980’s. Stan started his career in accounting as controller and CFO at several local startups before moving to Microsoft and Amazon for the last 20+ years, where he developed multiple global teams focused on business solutions and supply chain. Stan brings skills in finance, supply chain, organizational leadership, mentorship, and a desire to help others.

expertise in nonprofit management and is a passionate advocate for women’s rights, immigrant and refugee communities, and equity and inclusion. Negin serves as a commissioner on the City of Bellevue’s Planning Commission, shaping policies and the city’s comprehensive plan. Her leadership and commitment to community impact have earned her recognition on both national and international platforms.

Loren Ott has spent all 20 years of his professional career in finance, with the majority of it in healthcare. Joining Providence in 2020 as a Senior Finance Manager, Loren provides a broad level of financial support to the organization, from managing the system’s $4.9B allocation model to leading the Shared Services Financial monthly close process. With a passion for finance, Loren enjoys bringing this excitement beyond his professional career into volunteer opportunities directly impacting the local community. Loren received his Masters of Science in Finance from Seattle University and his BS in Business Administration and Economics from Central Washington University.

Jeff received his DMin from Fuller Theological Seminary, his MDiv from Western Seminary, and his BA in English from Westmont College. Jeff has served churches in Washington, Oregon, and California in his 34-year c

Jeff also serves on the board of SEARCH, a non-profit that raises awareness and support for anti-trafficking and anti-exploitation work in Myanmar. He is an avid poet and directs a small publishing company called Wind in the Reeds Press. He is married to Susan, and together they have three grown children all of whom live in the greater Portland area.

She has been a volunteer with Renewal Food Bank since 2020 following a career as national and international marketing director for industrial, publishing, and high tech companies and 20+ years as a marketing director at the University of


Kathy Hoggan is passionate about the responsibility of a community to provide for their food insecure. She has been a volunteer with Renewal Food Bank since 2020 following a career as national and international marketing director for industrial, publishing, and high tech companies and 20+ years as a marketing director at the University of Washington. Her nonprofit involvement includes 12 years on
the board of the Fair Labor Association and university representative to the Workers' Rights Consortium. She has traveled throughout the world as an active voice for the rights of factory workers. Kathy enjoys travel, reading, photography and gardening. She is the mother of two grown daughters and has resided in King County since 1965.

As an enterprise finance leader with over 30 years of experience, including leading global teams and driving transformation across multibillion-dollar businesses, Paula is known for unlocking significant value through high-impact change. Throughout her career at Starbucks, Paula rose through key leadership roles spanning the U.S. Business, Technology, and Global Supply Chain, most recently serving as SVP of Finance, International & Channel Development. In addition to her financial expertise, Paula is an award-winning mentor with a deep commitment to developing future leaders. She prioritizes talent development and strengthens employee engagement to build high-performing teams. Prior to Starbucks, Paula began her career at Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC), where she obtained her license as a Certified Public Accountant.

He served as the Executive Director for Coyote Central (youth arts education non-profit) which is dedi

 Eric Loh has over 30 years of leadership experience holding multiple executive positions at Amazon (Retail, Amazon Kids, and Amazon Business), Microsoft (Hardware - PC Peripherals) and was VP, Hardware Development at SMART Technologies. He served as the Executive Director for Coyote Central (youth arts education non-profit) which is dedicated to providing arts education to under-represented youth in Seattle and sat
on their Board of Directors as well. He has BS degrees in Product Design and Mechanical Engineering from Stanford and an MBA from Kellogg. He recently earned his Sommelier Pin (L3) in wine. In his spare time, Eric can frequently be found at Seahawks, Kraken and Mariners games, playing tennis,coaching baseball and enjoying food and wine!
